Cancellations are not encouraged and will be processed on a case by case basis.

If cancellation is necessary, the following cancellation fees will apply:

Cancellation on or before 31st December 2020 – a £200.00 administration fee per person will be retained.

From 1st January 2021 in case of cancellation full charges are applicable.

Delegate places must be registered by Friday 17th September 2021 and may be transferred to another person up until this date.  The modification can be made free of charge online via the BMF registration portal or by phone, which will incur a £25.00 admin fee. After this date, any changes can only be made via phone, with First Event, and, if permitted, will incur a £50.00 administration charge.
